Our main speaker is Mark P. Mann, CEO/Founder of Plant Growth Management Systems, a company that specializes in vegetative maintenance consulting and integration of growth regulators.  Mark graduated from Purdue University in 1985, with a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management, and he has over 15 years of experience of ROW maintenance-management in the Indiana/Michigan area. He has worked extensively in the research of growth regulators and developed state-of-the-art application equipment. In 1996, he initiated the patent process for his Volume Rate Determinator which improved volume accuracy for Paclobutrazol use.  Mark has presented to various audiences, including MFPA, ISA Annual Conference, IAA Annual Meeting, IMEA, Indiana Statewide Meeting, AZH Conference, Illinois Arborists, and others.  He has been published internationally for his research with plant growth regulators.
